Chicken Carbonara


4 servings
1 Yellow Onion
Cold Pressed Coconut Oil or Butter (for frying)
6 strips of bacon
1 lb of Chicken Thigh Filés
3 cloves of Garlic
1 cup of Cream
3 oz of Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 Egg Yolks
Shirataki or Kelp Noodles (instead of regular pasta)
Salt & Black Peppar
Fresh Basil

Recipe Steps

Dice the onion and fry in coconut oil (or butter).

Dice the bacon and fry until crispy in a separate pan.

Cut chicken into smaller pieces and fry together with the onion until chicken is cooked.

Press the garlic into the chicken pan and add the crispy bacon.

Add cream and cheese.

Separate the yolks from the whites in a bowl. Add to the pan.

Add noodles and remove from heat.

Salt and peppar. Top with fresh basil before serving.
