Zucchini & Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients

4 servings

2 Zucchini

1 Cauliflower

6 cups of Water

1/2 cup of Organic Cream

4 tbsps of Vegetable Stock

Recipe Steps

Cut the zucchini into pieces. Bring water to a boil and let the zucchini simmer for 10 minutes. Add to a mixer.

Boil cauliflower until soft. Add to a mixer.

Bring the water to a boil and add vegetable stock. Add to mixer and mix until the soup is smooth. Add cream and white pepper.

Serve with KNÄCKEKEX PARMESAN.
