Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

Crust
2 cups of Almond Flour
6 tbsp of Butter
1 Egg
1 pinch of Stevia

Filling
2 cups of Pumpkin Puree
1 cup of Cream
1/2 cup of Erythritol
1.5 tbsp of Pumpkin Spice
1 tsp of Vanilla Powder
2 eggs

Recipe Steps

Preheat oven to 350F (180C).

Mix all the ingredients for the crust until it becomes a dough. Press the dough into a baking pan and bake for approx. 10 minutes.

Mix all the ingredients for the filling carefully with a mixer.

Pour into pie crust and bake for 35-45 minutes.
