Recipe Steps
Knead the ingredients for the crust with your hands. Shape into a big ball. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 45 mins.
Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl.
Add the crust to a spring form pan and pre-bake at 392F Degrees for 10 mins.
Add the filling and bake for another 30 mins.
Let cool off.
Put in the fridge for at least 4 hours. The longer the better!
Serve with whipped cream, mashed raspberries and fresh mint leaves.
