Ham & Cheese Quiche


Pie Crust
1 cup of Almond Flour
1/3 cup of Crushed Flaxseeds
3.5oz of Butter or Coconut Oil
2 Eggs
1 pinch of Salt

4oz of Shredded Ham
4 oz. of Shredded Cheese
1/3 cup of Cream
1/3 cup of Milk
2 Eggs
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of White Pepper

Recipe Steps

Crust: Preheat oven to 392F degrees. Melt butter (or coconut oil) and mix with remaining ingredients. Add to a quiche pan/pie pan and bake for 15 minutes. Take out and let cool off.

Filling: Mix eggs, milk, cream, half of the cheese and the spices in a bowl. Place the ham in the pie crust and pour the mixture on top. Add the remaining cheese and bake for approx. 20 minutes.
