Recipe Steps
Mix cottage cheese and blueberries with the chopped almonds.
Whisk eggs, cream and vanilla powder carefully. Add almond flour and the cottage cheese mixture. Stir carefully.
Fry 4-6 panncakes in coconut oil on medium heat in a pan.

1/3 cups of almond flour
1 cup of cottage cheese
1/3 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
