Chocolate Mousse


4 servings

100 g of Dark Chocolate (preferably stevia-sweetened)
1 cup of Cream
2 Egg Yolks

Recipe Steps

Melt chocolate in double boiler.

Whisk cream carefully (keep it almost runny still) and add the egg yolks. Then pour the melted chocolate into the mixture.


Pour into four glasses and stick them in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
