Chicken Nuggets


1/2lb of Chicken Breast
3 tbsp of Cream
1 Egg
1.5 cups of Crushed Pork Rinds
1 tsp of Chili Spice
1 tsp of Salt
1 cup of Coconut Oil

Recipe Steps

Cut chicken in smaller pieces. Crush the pork rinds carefully and mix with chili spice and salt.

Mix egg and cream in a bowl. Dip the chicken pieces in it and flip in the crushed pork rinds.

Heat up a skillet on high heat with coconut oil. Place the chicken pieces in the skillet when the oil is hot. Let the chicken fry until fully cooked.

Serve with a fresh salad or cole slaw.
